This Cauliflower Terrine is simply stunning paired with sauteed mushrooms and a drizzle of truffle oil for a sensational starter. Super versatile, it is also wonderful as a side with steak or fish, or for a delicious lunch, just pop it in a lunchbox and add some fresh greens.

Keep refrigerated prior to serving, consume or freeze before use by date.
Can be frozen for later use. Defrost overnight in the fridge when you are ready to use. Can be enjoyed cold, or reheated as below:
Microwave: Transfer to a microwave safe dish and microwave for approximately 1 minute.
Oven: Remove from box and transfer to baking tray or dish. Warm in oven at 150 degrees C for 15 minutes.
