It would be worth having just for the light, fluffy vanilla pudding. But encase it in circles of juicy pineapple and bake it so there are little crunchy toffee bits on the edges, and this is the best retro dessert around. Warm it in the oven and serve it with a dollop of mascarpone whip...or maybe your favourite ice cream.
Keep refrigerated prior to serving, consume or freeze before use by date.
Microwave: Place on a plate suitable for the microwave and heat for approximately one minute.
Oven: Heat oven to 140 degrees C and warm for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Pineapple, flour, butter, brown sugar, castor sugar, eggs, vanilla essence. Whip for serving: cream, mascarpone cheese, icing sugar.
