It took a while to find the perfect Moussaka and this one is fantastic. It features smoky eggplant, beef mince, a traditional blend of herbs and spices, and a rich sauce of grilled capsicums and tomatoes. All topped with a deliciously smooth bechemel sauce and baked to perfection.

Premium beef mince, eggplant, tomatoes, capsicum, onion, garlic, butter, flour, milk, white wine, cheese, herbs and spices.
Keep refrigerated and freeze or consume before use by date.
Microwave: Transfer to microwave safe dish and heat for 1-2 minutes (depending on serving size).
Oven: Cover and heat in slow oven (140 degrees C) for 45 minutes (family size) or 25 to 30 minutes, for smaller serves. Remove cover for last 10 minutes for a crisp top.
